Air - Custom - Pipe Marker Sticker

SPECIFICATIONS:

This Pipe Marker is compliant with Australian Standard AS1345-1995 and the base identification colour is compliant with Australian Standard AS2700-2011 for Air pipes.

To remain compliant the Pipe Marker length will be determined from the length of the custom text required.

Once ordered, our design team will send you an artwork proof for you to view and approve prior to printing which will include the final measurements of the Pipe Marker.

40 - 75mm OD (Outside Diameter) Pipe

The minimum length of Pipe Marker will be 435mm, this allows up to approximately 21 characters before the length is required to be extended.

Why is there an arrow in each direction?

Each pipe marker includes an arrow for both directions of flow so they are suitable for all pipes. Prior to installation, check the flow direction and cut off the arrow you do not require.

Materials

Vinyl Sticker

High tack adhesive allows you to apply these heavy duty stickers to almost anything. All stickers have UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied and have the added protection of tuff matt laminate applied. This means the stickers will stand up to the elements and can be easily cleaned.

Class 2 Reflective

Class 2 reflective is commonly used for non critical, non regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. It is referred to as engineer grade. Don't underestimate the reflectivity of Class 2 films when finding a solution for your needs.

Shipping

AUSTRALIA

The New Signs Warehouse is located in Melbourne and ships Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers.

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate of $14.95 for Standard Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Express Shipping:

Flat rate of $24.95 for Express Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $200 (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $40 flat rate for shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart.

Pick Up:

Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

Items are then shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items.

Shipping time frames start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days in Australia.
Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.
Estimated shippings times may vary for rural areas.

Express Shipping on orders is only applicable to shipping time frames, it does not change dispatch time frames.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $80 flat rate for International Shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart.
