ORDERS
How long do orders take / When will I get my order?
Standard items generally ship from our Melbourne Warehouse in 2-3 business days. Custom signs require 2 -3 business days from artwork approval before shipping. Items are then shipped through Australia Post. Australia Post delivery times vary from state to state. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping:
New Signs offers $13.95 flat rate standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers.
Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $150.
Express Shipping is available for $24.95.
Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply.
International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate.
Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Items are shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items. Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days within Victoria or 3-6 business days interstate. Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to leave our warehouse so if you have not received tracking details after this time feel free to contact us and we can check the status of your order.

Can I get a quote?
Yes, you can get a quote straight from our website. Simply add the items to the cart on our website, once you have selected all of your items go to your cart. Select the
Request a Quote button and our team will put together a quote for your items and email it though.
Otherwise you can contact us via phone or email and our team will put together a quote for you.
How do I find the sign I’m looking for on your website?
We have a great search feature at the top of our website, simply type in a keyword for the sign you are looking for and hit enter to see the full range of signs with that keyword.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
Making Changes to your Order
We recommend you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase as all of our signs and stickers are printed custom to your specific size, material, finishing, quantity selections and sign design including our Standard Sign Ranges.
Please check your order confirmation email immediately after purchase to ensure your order has gone through correctly. If you notice an issue please contact our Customer Service team immediately on 1300 186 437 or admin@newsignsgroup.com.au to see if the order can be changed. Once printing commences on your order, certain changes cannot be made.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please notify our Customer Service Team immediately on 1300 186 437 or admin@newsignsgroup.com.au.
As all of our signs and stickers are printed custom to your specific size, material, finishing, quantity selections and sign design (including our Standard Sign Ranges) orders can only be cancelled and refunded prior to printing. Once printing commences, no refunds or exchanges on items are possible.
For Custom Orders, any orders cancelled prior to printing can be refunded however they will incur a cancellation fee to cover any work done on your order. This fee will be charged at 25% of the cost of any custom signs on the order and 100% of any additional design fees charged on the order.
For any off the shelf products including our tapes and signage installation range, a full refund or exchange can be provided with cancellation prior to shipping. If the order has been shipped you will need to refer to our Change of Mind Policy. Refunds or exchanges can only be provided when application is made within 30 business days of delivery. Please note, all signs and stickers on our site are printed to order and are not considered off the shelf products.
Do you offer design proofs before finalising the order?
Yes, we provide design proofs for custom orders to ensure accuracy before production. Once payment is made, we will create a proof for your approval. Let us know your requirements either online or by emailing our customer service team at admin@newsignsgroup.com.au with the details once your order is placed. Your job will not proceed to print without your approval.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We have a $13.95 flat rate Australia Wide on orders under $150, for orders over $150 shipping is free Australia Wide.
We offer Pick Up from our Bundoora Warehouse in Melbourne.
We also offer an International shipping flat rate of $60.
What is your Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy?

My order has arrived but some items are missing, what do I do?
Once you receive your package please check the items carefully to ensure that all items are included.
If there is anything missing or incorrect, please call our Customer Service Team immediately on 1300 186 437 or admin@newsignsgroup.com.au so we can rectify the issue.
Orders can only be rectified when application is made within 30 business days of delivery.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your package or items arrive damaged or the incorrect items have been received we ask you take the following steps:
- We ask that you take detailed photographs of the damage or fault immediately and email them to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au with your order/invoice number.
- We ask that you keep all boxes and packing materials and re-package the products as they were received.
- Wait for a response from a member of the New Signs Team who will provide instructions on returning the items to our warehouse.
- Once the items are received back to our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and if the fault/damage is confirmed our team will be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund for the item.
New Signs means by Fault: Manufactory faults, not general wear and tear from use.
Items need to be returned in an unused condition.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items can only be replaced or refunded when application is made within 30 business days of delivery.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Tracking details are emailed out with every order when it leaves our warehouse. It is the buyers responsibility to track the item once it departs our warehouse.
If your order is returned to us due to it being undeliverable or left uncollected from the postal service, we can reship the item for a $13.95 re-shipping fee.
My order has arrived but the items are incorrect, what do I do?

MATERIAL & FINISHING
What does Reflective finish mean?
Standard signs come in a non reflective finish or you can select to have any design printed on a Class 1 or Class 2 reflective material which gives the sign greater visibility at night under lights.
Class 1 or other known as Class 400 reflective is the higher grade of reflectivity, and it is identifiable by its honeycomb pattern. Our Prismatic Reflective Film is designed for short and medium term outdoor applications. Class 1 Reflective is best suited for high intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications as it reflects light from wide angles. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.
Class 2 reflective is commonly used for non critical, non regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. It is referred to as engineer grade. Don't underestimate the reflectivity of Class 2 films when finding a solution for your needs.
What is the difference between an eyelets and a drill holes?
Eyelets
Eyelets are small, circular, plastic rings punched into the sign making it easy to mount your sign with nails, screws, rope or cable ties. Eyelets are only available on corflute signs and are not available on our 225mm x 300mm size signs. Eyelets are placed on the four corners of the sign. We can change the location of the eyelets on request.
Drill Holes
Drill holes are holes which we predrill into the sign for you making it easy to mount your sign with nails, screws, rope or cable ties. Our drill holes are placed on the four corners of the sign. We can change the location of the drill holes on request.
What is corflute?
Corflute is a corrugated polypropylene that is ideal for short to medium term outdoor use on building and construction sites. Corflute safety signs are commonly fixed to timber or chain wire hoarding fences and internal locations around building sites. The corflute used is 5mm thick and has UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied.
What sizes or signs do you offer?
Our standard range of signs come in 225mm x 300mm; 300mm x 400mm; 450mm x 600mm and 600mm x 900mm. We also offer some alternative sizes in specific products like Building Site Entry Signs.

Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, all of our signs and stickers are suitable for outdoor use.
All of our signs and stickers are printed with UV resilient digitally printed graphics.
In addition we laminate all of our Aluminium Composite Panel signs (standard and custom) and our Standard Sticker Signs with UV protective matte laminate which extends its expected lifespan to a minimum of 5 years even in the most harsh and testing environments.
All of our custom stickers have the option to have the UV Protective Matt Laminate applied.
All of our corflute signs are 5mm thick and has UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied and are expected to a minimum of 2 years outdoors.

Can I make a change to one of your standard signs?
Yes you can! You are welcome to use one of our standard signs and make any changes you require.
You can do this by ordering a custom sign and referencing the SKU you are basing your sign on along with the changes you require in the customise field or you can send this information in an email to our customer service team at admin@newsignsgroup.com.au. The SKU can be found above the title of the sign you are wishing to amend.
Once ordered, you will receive proofs to view prior to printing.
What is the best way to supply our artwork file to you?
Please supply your file as a high resolution PDF, EPS, or AI file. Alternatively if you would like to supply in another format we can help you recreate your artwork (please note this method may require an additional charge if the file is complex to set up as print ready)

What is the largest size you can print?
The largest size we can deliver Australia wide is 1200mm x 900mm.
We can offer sizes up to 1200mm x 2400mm for strictly pick up only in Bundoora, Victoria.
This applies to both Corflute and Aluminium Composite Panel.
Our Vinyl Sticker range recommends a size no larger than 450mm x 600mm to ensure optimal application results.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, ShopPay, AfterPay and PayPal payments.
Can I get a Tax Invoice?
Yes, your invoice is available to download from your order confirmation email and a hard copy is included with your delivery of goods. You may also request one by emailing admin@newsignsgroup.com.au.
