Site Details Section:
If the sign includes additional fields like Builder / Site Address / Site Supervisor etc and you would like these details printed onto the sign, you can add these details at Step 4. Our designers will add the details for you.

Logo Section:
If the sign design includes “Your Logo Here” “Your Details Here” or “Your Text” sections, you can add images and text to these fields with our online tool. If you would prefer to email through your logo and details, place your order with 'Yes' selected at Step 4. Email the details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au with your order number in the subject line and we will add the details for you.

Does it cost extra to have custom details printed on the sign?

No, there is no additional cost to have your custom details added to this sign in the designated areas.

Will I get to see a proof before the sign is printed?

If you have requested no customisation, a proof will not be provided.

If you have requested custom details to be added, our design team will email through an artwork proof for approval before we go to print.

How long will it take to make my sign?

Orders with no customisation leave our Melbourne warehouse in 2-3 business days from the order being placed.

Can I add the custom details myself?

Yes, you can write on the sign with a permanent marker once you receive it.

What does Bulk Packs mean?

Our Bulk Packs allow you to order multiple signs at a discounted rate. If you select a Pack of 5 signs you will receive 5 signs in the same material, size and finishings selected. Please note, if you add custom details or a logo, this will be printed on all signs in the pack.

I want to order a pack of signs but with the site details changed on each sign, is this possible?

Our pack prices include 1 artwork printed on all signs in the pack, if you require more than 1 design in the pack there will be a $20 charge per design added onto your order.

I want to add more custom details, how do I do this?

Material Options

Corflute

Is a corrugated polypropylene that is ideal for short to medium term outdoor use on building and construction sites. Corflute safety signs are commonly fixed to timber or chain wire hoarding fences and internal locations around building sites. The corflute used is 5mm thick and has UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied.

Vinyl Sticker

High tack adhesive allows you to apply these heavy duty stickers to almost anything. All stickers have UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied and have the added protection of tough matt laminate applied. This means the stickers will stand up to the elements and can be easily cleaned.

Aluminium Composite Panel

The highest quality product currently available.  Aluminium Composite Panel is constructed of a low-density polyethylene core and coated on each side with a thin sheet of aluminium. UV resilient digitally printed graphics are applied and have the added protection of tough matt laminate. This gives the sign excellent long-term outdoor use and can be easily cleaned. Aluminium Composite Panel can be easily drilled and screwed allowing the sign to be fixed to almost any surface. Aluminium Composite Panel used is 3mm thick.

Vinyl Sticker + Anti-Slip

The Graphics are printed in full digital colour onto adhesive Vinyl Sticker with a certified anti-slip lamination applied over the top. Suitable for most areas that are flat and dry. Can be used on the floor or on walls.

Magnetic Rubber

Magnetic rubber is a flexible magnetic material made of rubber base plastic. Compared to magnetic sheet, magnetic rubber is more flexible, has better magnetic properties and higher working temperature. Our magnets are UV laminated with digitally printed vinyl sticker graphics applied to the magnetic rubber. Ready to be applied to your vehicle and the perfect solution for temporary signage or if you want to have the option of advertising different businesses at different times on the same car.

Mesh Banner

Mesh Banner is crafted from high-quality perforated PVC, allowing up to 36% air flow. Reinforced welded edges and clear plastic eyelets placed every 500 mm for easy, secure installation. Outdoor-rated inks guaranteed to resist fading for 2–3 years. Full-surface digital printing coverage gives you no limits on design.

Reflective Options

Class 1 Reflective

Class 1 or other known as Class 400 reflective is the higher grade of reflectivity, and it is identifiable by its honeycomb pattern. Our Prismatic Reflective Film is designed for short and medium term outdoor applications. Class 1 Reflective is best suited for high intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications as it reflects light from wide angles. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.

Please note: Class 1 reflective material contains visible seam lines at approximately one-metre intervals. These seam lines may be present on your sign depending on its size and placement. This is a standard characteristic of the manufacturing process for this grade of reflective material and does not affect the sign's performance or durability.

Class 2 Reflective

Class 2 reflective is commonly used for non critical, non regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. It is referred to as engineer grade. Don't underestimate the reflectivity of Class 2 films when finding a solution for your needs.

Glow In The Dark

Glow-in-the-dark printing material is a special type of film that absorbs light and then glows when it's dark. It works by using phosphorescent pigments that charge under natural or artificial light and give off a bright glow after the lights go out. This material is safe, non-toxic, and non-radioactive, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It’s perfect for emergency signs, safety markings, or even creative projects, and it keeps glowing even after being used and recharged many times.

Finishing Options

Eyelets

A common concern when displaying corflute signage is keeping it in place. Our clear eyelets are very durable and are the perfect solution to this problem. They are small, circular pieces designed to be attached to the corners of the signage, allowing the sign to be easily hung or mounted. Eyelets are positioned in the four corners of the sign.

Drill Holes

A common concern when using signage is keeping them in place. When used outdoors, their appearance can easily be affected by factors such as the weather and, instead of making your display stand out, they can make it look untidy and unprofessional. Drill holes are the solution to this problem. Our drill holes are applied in the four corners of the sign.

Rounded Corners

Rounded corners evoke warmth and trust. Many call them “friendly rectangles” for this reason. The natural movement of our eyes is accustomed to curves. This finishing adds a classy touch to your signage.

Double Sided Tape

This strong, double sided tape is the perfect way of quickly attaching post mounting channelling to the rear of your aluminium or Corflute sign.

Express Shipping:

Flat rate of $24.95 for Express Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $200 (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $40 flat rate for shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart. 

Pick Up:

Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. 

Items are then shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items.

Shipping time frames start from the dispatch date, not the order date. 

• Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days in Australia. 
• Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.  
• Estimated shippings times may vary for rural areas.

Express Shipping on orders is only applicable to shipping time frames, it does not change dispatch time frames. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $80 flat rate for International Shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart.
