We understand that the design can often be the difficult part when ordering signage so we have given you a few easy options:

Option 1 - Print Ready Artwork:

Use the "Customise" button at Step 6 and upload your design.

If you would prefer to email through the design, place your order and email the details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au with your order number in the subject line.

Option 2 - Use / Edit an existing sign in our range:

If you have seen a design in our range you would like adapted to this sign add the SKU of the sign into the text box at Step 4 along with any changes you require. 

Option 3 - Create your own design online:

Option 4 - You need help with the design:

If you do not have a design bone in your body or would just like to deal with a real person, we understand. Place you order and email the design details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au. We will contact you to help put your design together.

Artwork Proofs and Design Charges

Regardless of the design option you choose, you will receive artwork proofs for sign off before we commence printing. You can make as many changes to the first proof as required and receive a second proof for approval. 

The design charges are included in the cost of the sign. Please note, in some circumstances additional fees may apply: 

• If additional changes are required after the second proof.
• If artwork is provided in low resolution and needs to be recreated. 
• If we are altering an existing sign or creating one from scratch for you and the design is highly complex.  

If any additional design fees apply you will be notified of the costs prior to us commencing on your order and you can decide if you would like to proceed. 

Material

Corflute

Corflute is a lightweight, corrugated polypropylene material ideal for short to medium term indoor and outdoor use. It's one of the most popular and cost-effective signage materials available, commonly used on building and construction sites, real estate signage, events and temporary installations. Corflute signs are easily mounted with nails, screws, rope, cable ties or adhesives. Our corflute is 5mm thick with digitally printed, UV-resistant graphics applied, ensuring your sign stays bright and readable throughout its use.

Reflective Options

Class 1 Reflective

Class 1 (also known as Class 400) is the highest grade of reflectivity, identifiable by its distinctive honeycomb pattern. The prismatic reflective film is designed for short to medium term outdoor applications and is best suited for high-intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications, as it reflects light from wide angles. When Class 1 is selected with ACP or Vinyl Sticker, they are finished with a protective gloss laminate to complement the reflective properties of the material and extend the lifespan of the sign. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.

Please note: Class 1 reflective material contains visible seam lines at approximately one-metre intervals. These seam lines may be present on your sign depending on its size and placement. This is a standard characteristic of the manufacturing process for this grade of reflective material and does not affect the sign's performance or durability.

Class 2 Reflective

Class 2 (also known as engineer grade) is commonly used for non-critical, non-regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. When Class 2 is selected with ACP or Vinyl Sticker, they are finished with a protective gloss laminate to complement the reflective properties of the material and extend the lifespan of the sign. Don't underestimate the performance of Class 2, it's a highly effective solution for a wide range of signage needs.

How do I use these signs? 

These signs are designed as a hollow triangle which allows them to slide over  and cover an existing bollard. They can also be wrapped around a pole. They are great for shopfronts or businesses that have bollards or posts located out the front. They can also be used on traffic bollards. They can free-stand however they are best used over something to support them due to their lightweight nature.    

Does it come assembled and ready to use? 

The bollard covers are shipped flat which allows for easy storage. They have double sided tape on them so you can simply stick it together and its ready to go. 

If sliding over an item it can be taped first, if wrapping around a pole, wrap the cover around the pole before tapping closed. 

Can I have a different message on each face? 

Yes, we can print any design combination required. 

What does Bulk Packs mean? 

If you are looking to buy multiple signs with the same design we offer discount bulk quantity pricing.

If you are after 5 signs in total you would select:
Step 3 -  Pack of 5
Step 5 - Quantity 1

If you are after 10 signs in total you would select:
Step 3 -  Pack of 10
Step 5 - Quantity 1

Will I get to see a proof before the sign is printed?

Yes, a proof will be sent via email by our design team for approval before the sign goes to print. 

Proofs are usually sent within a few business hours of placing your order. Please check your junk mail if you have not seen the proof come through. 

If you have not received your proof after 1 business day please contact our customer service team who can assist you.  

How long will it take to make my sign?

Orders leave our Melbourne warehouse in 2-3 business days from the artwork being approved.

AUSTRALIA

The New Signs Warehouse is located in Melbourne and ships Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers. 

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate of $14.95 for Standard Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Express Shipping:

Flat rate of $24.95 for Express Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $200 (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $40 flat rate for shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart. For orders under $200 this may be charged in addition to standard shipping rates. 

Pick Up:

Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. 

Items are then shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items.

Shipping time frames start from the dispatch date, not the order date. 

• Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days in Australia. 
• Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.  
• Estimated shippings times may vary for rural areas.

Express Shipping on orders is only applicable to shipping time frames, it does not change dispatch time frames. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $80 flat rate for International Shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart. For orders under $200 this may be charged in addition to standard shipping rates.
