Stay-Flat Synthetic Film with Grey Back
Stay-Flat Synthetic Film with Grey Back is an excellent choice for display graphics, thanks to its 190-micron thickness and satin finish. This film not only enhances your visuals with a brighter white point but also maintains outstanding stay-flat properties, minimising the risk of curling. Whether for indoor or outdoor use, it provides durability and versatility, making it ideal for various applications in signage and displays. Plus, the grey back ensures better opacity and prevents light from shining through, ensuring your graphics remain vibrant and eye-catching.

Pack prices include 1 kind of artwork if you require more than 1 kind there will be a $20 charge per design added onto your order.
Design
We understand that the design can often be the difficult part when ordering signage so we have given you a few easy options.
Option 1
If you have print-ready art simply use the "Customize" button at Step 5 and upload your design through our online editor. Or email your file to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au after you have placed your order.
All artwork files are to be in pdf or eps vector format with all fonts outlined.
Option 2
Want to create your own design? Use the Step 5 “Customise” button to access the design tool. You can see a video on how to use the tool here: How To Use Our Custom Design Tool

If you do not have a design bone in your body or would just like to deal with a real person, we understand. Send us an email after you have placed your order to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au and one of our design team members will contact you and put your design together for you. We are here to help!
Regardless of the design option you choose, you will receive artwork proofs for sign off before we commence printing. The initial design and two authors changes are included in the custom sign price. Any changes or alterations thereafter to be charged at $40.00 plus GST per quarter hour or part thereof.
General Artwork Guidelines:
- Fonts must be converted to outlines
- 3mm bleeds
- Not having trim marks for rectangle artwork is preferred
- Please include finished size and quantity in file name
- PDF artwork only
- Provide artwork at 100% final size
- Artwork to be in CMYK colour

Corflute
Is a corrugated polypropylene that is ideal for short to medium term outdoor use on building and construction sites. Corflute safety signs are commonly fixed to timber or chain wire hoarding fences and internal locations around building sites. The corflute used is 5mm thick and has UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied.
Vinyl Sticker
High tack adhesive allows you to apply these heavy duty stickers to almost anything. All stickers have UV resilient digitally printed graphics applied and have the added protection of tuff matt laminate applied. This means the stickers will stand up to the elements and can be easily cleaned.
Aluminium Composite Panel
The highest quality product currently available. Aluminium Composite Panel is constructed of a low-density polyethylene core and coated on each side with a thin sheet of aluminium. UV resilient digitally printed graphics are applied and have the added protection of tuff laminate. This gives the sign excellent long-term outdoor use and can be easily cleaned. Aluminium Composite Panel can be easily drilled and screwed allowing the sign to be fixed to almost any surface. Aluminium Composite Panel used is 3mm thick.
Magnetic Rubber
Magnetic rubber is a flexible magnetic material made of rubber base plastic. Compared to magnetic sheet, magnetic rubber is more flexible, has better magnetic properties and higher working temperature. Our magnets are UV laminated with digitally printed vinyl sticker graphics applied to the magnetic rubber. Ready to be applied to your vehicle and the perfect solution for temporary signage or if you want to have the option of advertising different businesses at different times on the same car.
Vinyl Sticker + Anti-Slip
The Graphics are printed in full digital colour onto adhesive Vinyl Sticker with a certified anti-slip lamination applied over the top. Suitable for most areas that are flat and dry. Can be used on the floor or on walls.
Class 1 Reflective
Class 1 or other known as Class 400 reflective is the higher grade of reflectivity, and it is identifiable by its honeycomb pattern. Our Prismatic Reflective Film is designed for short and medium term outdoor applications. Class 1 Reflective is best suited for high intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications as it reflects light from wide angles. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.
Class 2 Reflective
Class 2 reflective is commonly used for non critical, non regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. It is referred to as engineer grade. Don't underestimate the reflectivity of Class 2 films when finding a solution for your needs.
Finishing
Eyelets
A common concern when displaying corflute signage is keeping it in place. Our clear eyelets are very durable and are the perfect solution to this problem. They are small, circular pieces designed to be attached to the corners of the signage, allowing the sign to be easily hung or mounted. Eyelets are positioned in the four corners of the sign.
Drill Holes
A common concern when using signage is keeping them in place. When used outdoors, their appearance can easily be affected by factors such as the weather and, instead of making your display stand out, they can make it look untidy and unprofessional. Drill holes are the solution to this problem. Our drill holes are applied in the four corners of the sign.
Rounded Corners
Rounded corners evoke warmth and trust. Many call them “friendly rectangles” for this reason. The natural movement of our eyes is accustomed to curves. This finishing adds a classy touch to your signage.
Double Sided Tape
This strong, double sided tape is the perfect way of quickly attaching post mounting channelling to the rear of your aluminium or Corflute sign.

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $150.
Express Shipping is available for $24.95.
Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply.
International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate.
Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Items are shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items. Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days within Victoria or 3-6 business days interstate. Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.
