Does it cost extra to have custom details printed on the sign?

No, there is no additional cost to have your custom details added to this sign in the designated areas.

Will I get to see a proof before the sign is printed?

If you have requested no customisation, a proof will not be provided.

If you have requested custom details to be added, our design team will review your order once received and determine if a proof is required. Proofs are not usually provided on customisable (pre-designed) signs unless the design team has questions or concerns about the custom details provided.

If a proof approval is required this will be sent via email.

If a proof is not required the sign will be sent straight to print.

We recommend checking the details you have added carefully prior to finalising your purchase as a proof may not be provided.

How long will it take to make my sign?

Orders leave our Melbourne warehouse in 2-3 business days from the order being placed.

In the event we require artwork approval, the order will leave our Melbourne warehouse in 2-3 business days from the artwork being approved.

Can I add the custom details myself?

Yes, you can write on the sign with a permanent marker once you receive it.

Material Options

Corflute

Corflute is a lightweight, corrugated polypropylene material ideal for short to medium term indoor and outdoor use. It's one of the most popular and cost-effective signage materials available, commonly used on building and construction sites, real estate signage, events and temporary installations. Corflute signs are easily mounted with nails, screws, rope, cable ties or adhesives. Our corflute is 5mm thick with digitally printed, UV-resistant graphics applied, ensuring your sign stays bright and readable throughout its use.

Aluminium Composite Panel

Aluminium composite panel (ACP) is our highest quality and most durable signage material, built for long-term indoor and outdoor use. It consists of a lightweight low-density polyethylene core bonded on each side with a thin sheet of aluminium, giving it excellent rigidity without the weight of solid metal. UV-resistant graphics are digitally applied and a tough matt laminate layer is applied over the top, protecting against fading, weathering and everyday wear.

ACP signs can be easily drilled and screwed, making them suitable for fixed mounting to almost any surface. At 3mm thick, ACP signs deliver a premium, professional look that suits both business and regulatory signage applications.

Vinyl Stickers

Vinyl stickers are a versatile and affordable signage solution suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications. Digitally printed with UV-resistant graphics and a tough matt laminate applied over the top, they're built to withstand the elements and resist fading over time. The high-tack adhesive backing bonds strongly to most clean, smooth surfaces - including walls, windows, tiles, vehicles, machinery and equipment. Vinyl stickers are easy to apply and can be cleaned. A vinyl squeegee applicator is recommended for a smooth, bubble-free application.  

Vinyl Sticker + Anti-Slip

Graphics are printed directly onto a certified anti-slip material with a rough, textured finish that provides slip resistance underfoot. It features full-colour, UV-resistant, digital printing and a high-tack adhesive backing for easy application to flat, dry floors and walls. Ideal for safety and directional signage in warehouses, schools, retail spaces and other high-traffic environments where slip resistance is required. Application with an anti-slip roller is recommended. 

Magnetic Rubber

Magnetic rubber is a flexible signage material made from a rubber base, offering superior flexibility, stronger magnetic properties, and a higher working temperature compared to standard magnetic sheet. Our magnetic signs feature digitally applied, UV resistant graphics with a protective laminate applied over the top, ensuring durability and a long-lasting finish. Perfect for vehicles, fridges, machinery or any metal surface. 

Mesh Banner

Mesh banners are made from premium 12x12, high-quality perforated PVC, designed for large-format outdoor applications. The perforated material allows up to 36% air flow, significantly reducing wind resistance and making them ideal for fences, scaffolding, building wraps and outdoor events. Reinforced welded edges and clear plastic eyelets are placed every 500mm to ensure the banner stays securely in place even in exposed conditions. Outdoor-rated inks guarantee fade resistance for 2–3 years, and full-surface digital printing means no limits on design or colour.

Reflective Options

Class 1 Reflective

Class 1 (also known as Class 400) is the highest grade of reflectivity, identifiable by its distinctive honeycomb pattern. The prismatic reflective film is designed for short to medium term outdoor applications and is best suited for high-intensity reflective signage and vehicle applications, as it reflects light from wide angles. Class 1 signs are finished with a protective gloss laminate to complement the reflective properties of the material. All signs used on a public road must be Class 1 to comply.

Please note: Class 1 reflective material contains visible seam lines at approximately one-metre intervals. These seam lines may be present on your sign depending on its size and placement. This is a standard characteristic of the manufacturing process for this grade of reflective material and does not affect the sign's performance or durability.

Class 2 Reflective

Class 2 (also known as engineer grade) is commonly used for non-critical, non-regulatory applications that still require high visibility and retroreflectivity. Class 2 signs are finished with a protective gloss laminate to complement the reflective properties of the material. Don't underestimate the performance of Class 2, it's a highly effective solution for a wide range of signage needs.

Finishing Options

Eyelets

Eyelets are available on corflute signs (some smaller sizes excluded). Eyelets are a small (12mm), clear plastic rings inserted into the sign by a machine. This allows the sign to be hung easily with rope or cable ties while providing reinforcement to prevent tearing and ripping at the hanging points. 

Eyelets are positioned in the four corners of the sign - placement and size cannot be adjusted.

Drill Holes

Pre-drilled holes can be added to aluminium composite panel signs (and some smaller corflute signs). Holes are drilled by machine for precision placement, allowing for multiple mounting options including screws, nails, cable ties and wire - ensuring a professional finished look.

Drill holes are positioned in the four corners of the sign and are 4mm in diameter. Placement and size can be adjusted for bracket or alternative mounting requirements, but this must be arranged prior to placing your order.

Rounded Corners

Rounded corners can be added to aluminium composite panel signs and gives your signs a clean, professional finish. Our eyes are naturally drawn to curves, making them visually appealing and more inviting than sharp edges. They also improve safety in high-traffic or high-risk settings, such as schools and busy workplaces, eliminating the risk of snagging or injury when signs are mounted.

Double Sided Tape

Double-sided tape can be added to corflute or aluminium composite panel signs. Double-sided tape is a quick and easy mounting solution, ideal for short to medium term mounting solution for your signs. 

For a longer lasting adhesive option we recommend Ritetack Instant Grab Adhesive.

The New Signs Warehouse is located in Melbourne and ships Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers. 

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate of $14.95 for Standard Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Express Shipping:

Flat rate of $24.95 for Express Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $200 (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $40 flat rate for shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart. 

Pick Up:

Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. 

Items are then shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items.

Shipping time frames start from the dispatch date, not the order date. 

• Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days in Australia. 
• Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.  
• Estimated shippings times may vary for rural areas.

Express Shipping on orders is only applicable to shipping time frames, it does not change dispatch time frames. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $80 flat rate for International Shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart.
