We understand that the design can often be the difficult part when ordering signage so we have given you a few easy options:

Option 1 - Print Ready Artwork:

Use the "Customise" button at Step 4 and upload your design.

If you would prefer to email through the design, place your order and email the details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au with your order number in the subject line.

Option 2 - Create your own design online:

Use the Step 4 “Customise” button to access the design tool. See our video: How To Use Our Custom Design Tool

Option 3 - You need help with the design:

If you do not have a design bone in your body or would just like to deal with a real person, we understand. Place you order and email the design details to admin@newsignsgroup.com.au. We will contact you to help put your design together.

Artwork Proofs and Design Charges

Regardless of the design option you choose, you will receive artwork proofs for sign off before we commence printing. You can make as many changes to the first proof as required and receive a second proof for approval. 

The design charges are included in the cost of the sign. Please note, in some circumstances additional fees may apply:

• If additional changes are required after the second proof.
• If artwork is provided in low resolution and needs to be recreated. 
• If we are altering an existing sign or creating one from scratch for you and the design is highly complex.  

If any additional design fees apply you will be notified of the costs prior to us commencing on your order and you can decide if you would like to proceed. 

Will I get to see a proof before the banner is printed?

Yes, our design team will email through an artwork proof for approval before we go to print.

Proofs are generally sent via email within a few business hours of placing your order. If you have not received a proof after 1 business day please contact us for assistance.

How long will it take to make my banner?

Custom banners leave our Melbourne warehouse in 5-7 business days from the artwork being approved.

Mesh Banner

Mesh Banner is crafted from high-quality perforated PVC, allowing up to 36% air flow. Reinforced welded edges and clear plastic eyelets placed every 500 mm for easy, secure installation. Outdoor-rated inks guaranteed to resist fading for 2–3 years. Full-surface digital printing coverage gives you no limits on design.

AUSTRALIA

The New Signs Warehouse is located in Melbourne and ships Australia-wide via Australia Post and select couriers. 

Standard Shipping:

Flat rate of $14.95 for Standard Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Express Shipping:

Flat rate of $24.95 for Express Shipping on all orders (except orders including Bulky Items)

Free Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders over $200 (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $40 flat rate for shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart. 

Pick Up:

Free pick up is available from our Bundoora, Melbourne Warehouse from 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders need to be placed online and standard dispatch times apply. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Dispatch times from the warehouse are included in each product description. Most items leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. 

Items are then shipped through Australia Post or in some circumstances via courier for larger items.

Shipping time frames start from the dispatch date, not the order date. 

• Estimated standard shipping times are 2-4 business days in Australia. 
• Estimated express shipping times are 1-2 business days within Victoria or 1-3 business days interstate.  
• Estimated shippings times may vary for rural areas.

Express Shipping on orders is only applicable to shipping time frames, it does not change dispatch time frames. 

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is available for a $60 flat rate (except orders including Bulky Items)

Bulky Items:

Some larger size signs and products including some frames, stands and 1200mm size signs have a $80 flat rate for International Shipping. This charge will be displayed at the checkout if bulky items have been added to the cart.
